Watching Avi this weekend! 100% All American Mutt
I spent most of my weekend with this amazing girl. She was rescued a few months ago along with the rest of her pack from an abandoned house in Detroit, pregnant and HW+. Last Saturday was the first time I met her, and she was terrified. It took ten minutes of sitting in front of her open crate to convince her to come out with me. Wouldn’t look me in the face, tolerated my touch but was obviously uncomfortable. We had a Friday-Saturday adoption event this weekend, and by the end of the day yesterday, she was playing with me, rolling around on top of me, and giving me kisses. It’s like she was a completely different dog.
