Tiffany has a new foster home!!!!
I’m so happy and relieved and excited. She fit right in and they’re anxious to take her. They may even want to adopt! Yay yay yay!

On a lighter note...
taking Tiffany to check out a potential foster home on Friday. I’ve known the family for a couple of years, great people. They came to meet Tiff Sunday and now we just need their dog’s approval. Keep your fingers crossed that this works out, she deserves it.

I need to stop watching tv
all it does is make me sad. Like the guy on Jeopardy right now that was in the lead and then all of a sudden fell way behind, I almost cried I felt so bad. God, I’m such a girl.

Wilson was running a bit too fast on the driveway
trying to get his ball and completely wiped out. Did a somersault, landed on his face, and scraped a nice chunk of skin off his paw. He actually took it pretty well, let me clean it up for him, and he’ll be fine, but my heart definitely skipped a beat!

I’m really sick of people who think that dog rescue is “fun” and an “enjoyable way to spend the weekend”. Actually, it’s stressful, frustrating, and really just down right depressing. And once you’re in it, you don’t get out. Ever. It takes over your life, you don’t have a choice. Or maybe I’m just really grumpy.

We're having a SUPER mini adoption event today.
4-5 dogs tops. Probably going to spend most of the day sitting out with Tiffany in hopes of finding her a new foster home. These little events are nice, but I’m kind of starting to miss my 60 dog events- not enough dogs to walk!

the adoption event for this weekend has been cancelled… don’t know what I’m going to do with myself for an entire extra day. I’m gonna miss my doggies too much! :/ thinking I might take Tiffany for the afternoon, though. work with her on a training collar up at the petstore or something.
